DC AI Systems™
AI Business Systems & Infrastructure — Built for the New AI Era
Every business is being asked the same question right now: what happens to the founders and teams who don't build AI into how they operate?
Digital Core Advisory Group™ exists to answer that question with systems, not hype. Through our DC AI Systems™ division, we design and build the AI infrastructure that turns manual, hours-draining work into automated, compounding leverage — without custom software, without hiring, and without disrupting how you already work with your clients.
This is how we do it.

Please Note: The DC AI System Assessment™ needs to be purchased before the full assessment is given to you. Please click on the "Pay For Assessment", once paid, click on "Start AI Assessment" to start your assessment process.
Also, there will be an additional investigation zone questions after the initial assessment form has been completed. In order to personalize your assessment for your specific needs, desires, and business ecosystem. That can be completed either voice, email and or virtual meeting.
Step 1 — AI Readiness Assessment
Most businesses aren't behind on AI. They're behind on infrastructure.
Every engagement starts here. The Assessment is a single diagnostic session that gives you a scored AI Readiness report, a full effort/impact bottleneck analysis, quantified ROI on the opportunities we find, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap — walked through together, not just handed to you.
What you get:
-
A structured intake covering your operations, lead generation, sales, service delivery, and current AI usage
-
A live diagnostic session mapping exactly where time and revenue are leaking
-
A scored AI Readiness report with a clear effort/impact matrix
-
A prioritized 90-day roadmap
-
A recommended build tier — sized to your business, not a generic package
The Assessment fee is fully credited toward your implementation build — Core, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise — when you move forward within 30 days. You're not paying twice to get started.
Step 2 — Choose Your Path
Your Assessment already tells you what to build: the exact tools, workflows, and sequence that close your biggest bottlenecks. What's still your call is who builds it.
Path A:
DIY Tool Stack (DIY)
You (or your team) implement the recommended stack
Everything you need is already in your Assessment: the tools, the configuration logic, and the 90-day roadmap.
If you have the internal bandwidth — or just want to keep costs to the tool subscriptions themselves — you're free to build it out on your own timeline. No additional fee, because you've already paid for the deliverable that makes DIY possible.
Good fit if: you have someone in-house comfortable with no-code tools, you're price-sensitive right now, or you'd rather test the waters before bringing in outside help.
Real cost to expect: just the tool subscriptions themselves — typically $50–$150/month depending on the stack, paid directly to the tool providers.
Change your mind later? We can still build it for you — just ask for a Custom Build proposal at any point.

Path B:
Integration Build (DFY)
We build, configure, integrate, and train your team on it
We take the exact findings from your Assessment and build the system ourselves — configured to your workflows, integrated with what you already use, documented, and supported through launch. Because every business's tools, data, and team structure are different, this is scoped and quoted individually rather than sold off a shelf.
Why it costs what it costs: your Assessment already identified the specific bottlenecks, tool stack, and workflow count your business needs — so your quote isn't a guess, it's built directly from your own diagnostic. You'll see exactly what's driving the number.
Good fit if: your time is worth more than the build hours, you want it done right the first time, or you're managing enough complexity that DIY risk (mistakes, slow rollout, half-finished automations) costs more than the build itself.
Your Assessment fee is fully credited toward your Integration Build quote.
DC AI Enterprise Systems™
For mid-market and enterprise organizations
Full end-to-end AI infrastructure across departments — multiple agents and automations, a complete dashboard suite, a governance and SOP framework, organization-wide training, and 6–12 months of optimization support built into the project rather than sold separately afterward.
This is custom-scoped for the same reason Custom Build is: every organization's systems, data, and departments are different. Rather than force enterprise work into a shelf price, we scope it together

Step 3 — Stay Compounding
DC Compound™ — Optimization & Monitoring Retainer (optional)
Systems don't stay optimal on their own. For clients who want continued access to their implementation advisor after launch — for prompt refinement, workflow updates, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance — DC Compound™ is available month-to-month, no long-term commitment.
DC Enterprise Systems™ builds include 6–12 months of Compound-equivalent support bundled into the project fee. DC Core Systems™ clients can add it after launch at any level.

FAQ
What does the AI Readiness Assessment include?
The Assessment includes a diagnostic session, a scored AI Readiness report, an effort/impact bottleneck matrix, quantified ROI on identified opportunities, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap. It also identifies your recommended tool stack and build path.
Does the Assessment fee count toward anything else?
Yes. The full $1,497 Assessment fee is credited toward your Custom Build project quote if you move forward within 30 days. There's no additional Assessment cost buried in your build price.
What's the difference between DIY Tool Stack and Custom Build?
DIY Tool Stack means you or your team implement the recommended tools yourselves, using the roadmap from your Assessment, at no additional fee beyond the tool subscriptions. Custom Build means Digital Core Advisory Group™ builds, configures, integrates, and trains your team on the system directly.
How much does a Custom Build cost?
Custom Build projects are quoted individually based on your specific AI Readiness Assessment — the exact bottlenecks, tool count, and workflow complexity identified during your diagnostic. There's no fixed shelf price because every business's systems and data are different.
How much does the DIY path cost?
DIY Tool Stack has no additional service fee. You only pay for the tool subscriptions themselves, which typically run $50–$150 per month depending on the recommended stack.
Who is DC AI Systems™ for?
DC AI Systems™ serves two groups: SMEs, professional practices, and founder-led businesses (via DC AI Core Systems™), and mid-market or enterprise organizations needing multi-department AI infrastructure (via DC AI Enterprise Systems™, custom-scoped from $18,000).
How long does implementation take?
Most Custom Build projects follow a 30-day pilot structure — setup and first workflow in week one, live testing by week two, full automation configuration by week three, and measurement/refinement by week four. Enterprise timelines vary by scope.

What happens after my build is complete?
Clients can add DC Compound™, an optional monthly optimization and monitoring retainer, starting at $297/month. It includes ongoing check-ins, revision requests, and direct advisor access to keep your systems optimized after launch.
Is Digital Core Advisory Group™ an agency?
No. Digital Core Advisory Group™ is a business growth advisory, not an agency. We design and build systems directly with founders and leadership teams rather than managing accounts at arm's length.
What tools does DC AI Systems™ use?
We recommend and implement off-the-shelf AI and automation tools matched to your specific workflows — commonly including tools like ChatGPT Business, Fireflies.ai, and Make.com — rather than building custom software. This keeps costs lower and nothing proprietary to maintain.
Can I switch from DIY to Custom Build later?
Yes. If you start with the DIY Tool Stack path and later want it built for you, you can request a Custom Build proposal at any time — no need to redo your Assessment.
