Good fit if: you have someone in-house comfortable with no-code tools, you're price-sensitive right now, or you'd rather test the waters before bringing in outside help.
Real cost to expect: just the tool subscriptions themselves — typically $50–$150/month depending on the stack, paid directly to the tool providers.

Integration Build (DFY)
We build, configure, integrate, and train your team on it
We take the exact findings from your Assessment and build the system ourselves — configured to your workflows, integrated with what you already use, documented, and supported through launch. Because every business's tools, data, and team structure are different, this is scoped and quoted individually rather than sold off a shelf.
Why it costs what it costs: your Assessment already identified the specific bottlenecks, tool stack, and workflow count your business needs — so your quote isn't a guess, it's built directly from your own diagnostic. You'll see exactly what's driving the number.
Good fit if: your time is worth more than the build hours, you want it done right the first time, or you're managing enough complexity that DIY risk (mistakes, slow rollout, half-finished automations) costs more than the build itself.
Your Assessment fee is fully credited toward your Integration Build quote.
DC AI Enterprise Systems™
For mid-market and enterprise organizations
Full end-to-end AI infrastructure across departments — multiple agents and automations, a complete dashboard suite, a governance and SOP framework, organization-wide training, and 6–12 months of optimization support built into the project rather than sold separately afterward.
This is custom-scoped for the same reason Custom Build is: every organization's systems, data, and departments are different. Rather than force enterprise work into a shelf price, we scope it together
Step 3 — Stay Compounding
DC Compound™ — Optimization & Monitoring Retainer (optional)
Systems don't stay optimal on their own. For clients who want continued access to their implementation advisor after launch — for prompt refinement, workflow updates, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance — DC Compound™ is available month-to-month, no long-term commitment.
DC Enterprise Systems™ builds include 6–12 months of Compound-equivalent support bundled into the project fee. DC Core Systems™ clients can add it after launch at any level.

Can I switch from DIY to Custom Build later?
Yes. If you start with the DIY Tool Stack path and later want it built for you, you can request a Custom Build proposal at any time — no need to redo your Assessment.
